Yes, most of our scans are diagnostic and performed by highly experienced, HCPC-registered, CASE-accredited sonographers with extensive NHS experience. If we detect any abnormalities, we will provide a comprehensive medical report and guide you on the next steps, including referrals if necessary.

Pregnancy Scans
An Early Viability Scan is available from 6 weeks onwards to confirm pregnancy, detect a heartbeat, and assess gestational progress.
Our Gender Scan from 16 weeks is 99% accurate, provided your baby is in an optimal position for assessment.
✔ 4D Bonding Scan – A high-resolution, real-time 4D ultrasound to see your baby’s movements and features.
✔ Premium 4D Bonding Scan – An enhanced version with extended scanning time, superior imaging, and additional printed and digital images.
✔ Early pregnancy scans (up to 12 weeks) – A full bladder is required for optimal image quality.
✔ Later pregnancy scans – A full bladder is usually not necessary.
Fertility & Gynaecological Scans
A Baseline Scan is performed between Days 2–5 of your menstrual cycle to assess ovarian reserve and endometrial thickness before fertility treatment.
A Monitoring Scan tracks follicle growth and endometrial development during IVF cycles, ensuring your treatment is progressing effectively.
This scan evaluates endometrial thickness to determine if the womb lining is at an optimal stage for embryo implantation.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) & General Ultrasounds
MSK ultrasounds assess joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments to diagnose:

This scan evaluates the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys, and spleen, detecting conditions such as gallstones, fatty liver, and other organ abnormalities.
✔ Kidneys, Ureters & Bladder Scan – Focuses on urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and bladder abnormalities.
✔ Kidneys, Bladder & Prostate Scan – Includes prostate assessment for size, enlargement, or abnormalities.
Yes, our Neck Scan evaluates the thyroid gland, lymph nodes, and salivary glands for lumps, swelling, and abnormalities.

All scans must be paid for at the time of booking. We accept debit/credit cards and bank transfers.
Before & After Your Scan
✔ Pelvic & early pregnancy scans – A full bladder is required.
✔ Upper abdominal scans – Fasting for 4–6 hours is recommended.
✔ MSK scans – No specific preparation is needed.
✔ A verbal summary is provided immediately after your scan.
✔ A detailed digital report will be available within 24 hours.
If an issue is found, our sonographers will explain the findings and provide a written report. Depending on the diagnosis, we may:
✔ Recommend further medical evaluation
✔ Provide a GP referral letter
✔ Suggest specialist follow-up care
Yes! We welcome partners and family members for pregnancy scans. For other scans, you may bring a support person for comfort.
