Specialist ultrasound imaging to support patients undergoing fertility investigations, ovulation tracking, or assisted reproductive treatment (e.g. IVF, IUI). These scans offer accurate, real-time insight into reproductive anatomy and treatment response.
- Evaluates uterus, endometrium, and ovaries at the start of the cycle
- Assesses for fibroids, cysts, ovarian reserve (antral follicle count)
- Establishes a reference point before commencing stimulation or treatment
- Ideal for: Pre-treatment IVF assessment, cycle baseline, PCOS screening
- Monitors follicular development throughout the cycle
- Measures dominant follicle size and endometrial changes
- Helps time ovulation or insemination accurately
- Ideal for: Natural conception planning, timed intercourse, IUI, or Clomid/Letrozole cycles
- Assesses endometrial lining thickness, morphology, and trilaminar appearance
- Conducted mid-to-late follicular phase for implantation readiness
- Ideal for: IVF/FET cycles, donor egg recipients, or luteal phase support monitoring
- Evaluates ovarian response to stimulation medications (e.g. gonadotropins)
- Tracks multiple follicle sizes, growth rates, and endometrial development
- Ideal for: Mid-cycle IVF monitoring, assessing treatment response and adjustment
- Detects signs of ovulation (e.g., collapsed follicles, corpus luteum)
- Evaluates luteal phase lining and ovarian changes post-ovulation
- Ideal for: Confirming ovulation timing or response to ovulation trigger
- Checks for visible fluid-filled or dilated fallopian tubes
- Not definitive—may suggest need for further HSG or HyCoSy
- Ideal for: Suspected tubal infertility, previous pelvic infection, or ectopic history
- Identifies structural anomalies: fibroids, septum, polyps
- May support decisions regarding hysteroscopy or surgical correction
